I’m Asher Frazure, and food has always been more than just a necessity for me. It’s an expression of love and connections between people. When I conceived the idea for the Pasta Boy Pasta Food Truck, I wanted it to reflect my journey into thetraditions of creating beautiful hand-made food.

My passion for food is rooted in an appreciation for traditionsand the way a meal can bring people together.  Every dish I prepare has a story, something passed down, a connection shared. I’ve learned that delicious food is about doing things the right way and never cutting corners.
